It Tamarindo is a brand of man fashion with focus in ties and other accessories.
These conditions and general terms of sale regulate exclusively the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders made at www.ittamarindo.pt between the consumers of the online store of It Tamarindo and the seller.
The “Customer” shall provide an e-mail address or other contact information, that is correct and complete and agrees that the “Seller” may contact him using such data, if necessary.
2. Payment Methods
It is possible pay the purchases in the shop online through the following ways:
- Cash Transfer to IBAN indicated;
- Payment in MB thought automatic generated ATM references (only in Portugal);
- Payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard);
- Payment by Paypal.
The ittamarindo.pt uses security technology. Your payment information will be encrypted from the time you log in until your transaction is processed and will not be stored on a public server. The prices of products displayed on the site carry value added taxes (VAT). The prices are all quoted in euros. The total price specified in the final checkout menu includes taxes and shipping costs. Please only pay the exact amount specified in the order confirmation.
5. Quality and Guarantee
It Tamarindo does not sell products in second-hand, with defective or substandard. The main features of each product can be found on the individual page on www.ittamarindo.pt
The products offered for sale on www.ittamarindo.pt may not exactly match the actual product in terms of image and color, due to the internet browser and monitor used by the consumer.
All products have an identification label, which proves the origin of the product, its composition and the quality of manufacture.

7. Promotional Codes (discounts)
The promotion code enables the user to enjoy a promotion / discount on the purchase of a specific product or a set of products, during the indicated period associated with the promotional code / promotional campaign. Promotional codes can only be used for online purchases made on the site and are not allowed to be sold, exchanged or donated.
Promo codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or special offers and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The satisfaction of all orders placed on the site is subject to availability. It Tamarindo tries to ensure that the stock of each product on the site is up to date. However, It Tamarindo reserves the right to cancel orders already confirmed for products that no longer have stock. In these cases It Tamarindo will inform the client of such fact and will immediately reimburse the amount paid.

It Tamarindo does not provide for cancellation of the order after payment has been made.

The present general conditions and all emerging litigations that are related to these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the site or any purchase in the same must be governed by the Portuguese Law.
